Alternative music legends has scheduled their "Only God Was Above Us" Tour in a 45-show trek, kicking off at the sold-out, album-introducing show in Austin. See the legends with guest act Cults at the TD Pavilion at the Mann on September 28th in support of their titular latest album.
The show will be an onslaught of songs off of their latest record, Only God Was Above Us, primarily produced by Koenig and longtime collaborator Ariel Rechtshaid, mixed by Dave Fridmann and mastered by Emily Lazar. Their latest and fifth studio album is the best return to form, and arguably their best work to date. It received universal acclaim, debuting at number 27 on Billboard 200 and ranking in multiple charts, 8th in US Top Rock & Alternative, 4th in Scottish Albums, 11th in UK Albums to name a few.
Bop your heads as they perform their freshest tracks such as the upbeat yet dour "Gen-X Cops," the conversational "Ice Cream Piano," acoustically-light "Capricorn," jazzy romp "Classical" and more.
